The following Guidance Notes provide
information for Walkers and Leaders.
Business Cards - A page of business size
cards that you can hand out to potential new
members with our Website and Facebook links.
2 x A5 Promotional posters on an A4
sheet. These are suitable for promoting the
club in Village Halls, Church Halls and the
A4 Walk Specific Poster. This can be
displayed in Pubs and Halls from where your
walk is starting. There is a space to write
in the Date and Time.
Please remember to obtain permission
before displaying the poster and take
details of any new potential members so the
General Secretary can follow up new leads.
Time restrictions for parking apply in
certain local parks.
Whilst we have an arrangement with the
Parks & Green Spaces Department, it
would be prudent to check parking
restrictions when leading walks.
The car parks where we have agreed an
approach with the Parks & Green Spaces
Department (which will allow us to lead all
day walks) and their normal affected times
